What Is The Remodelors™ Council

Participation in the Remodelors™ Council of Greater Southwest Illinois demonstrates a remodeler's commitment to professionalism and the remodeling industry. Members agree to a Code of Ethics. They must remain in good standing with the association. Additionally, members are required to maintain liability and worker's compensation insurance that protects the home owner.

The Remodelors Council is affiliated with the HBA of Greater Southwest Illinois.

Following are some of the ways membership will benefit you:

Remodelers of Distinction Award
This award designation was created to offer companies an opportunity to be acknowledged for a project that they consider deserving recognition. A panel of judges determines who the winning entry is from a field of categories. Winners photos of projects are displayed at the annual installation banquet, home show, and mentioned in press releases.

Remodelors Council Advertising Opportunity
Advertising opportunities in local newspapers promoting your company as a member of the Remodelors Council™ and Home Builders Association.

Dues for the Remodelors Council are $120 annually after approved membership in the HBA.
